Italian Customer Services Operator

We require an experienced and knowledgeable Italian Customer Service Operator to respond to customer queries and provide first class customer care.

Key responsibilities will include :

• Administering customer accounts.
• Responding to customer enquiries via the internet and by telephone.
• Providing information on customer deposits and withdrawals.
• Assisting customers with connection / technical issues.
• Informing customers about games and game rules / current promotions.
• Must be fluent in Italian (written & oral) .
• Have a good sporting knowledge.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a customer-focused role, within an online gaming environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an online gaming experienced individual to join an exciting and fast-growing company with good career progression.
